Vintage ladies brooch stamped "Cartier", crafted in 14k white gold (tested) with platinum stone settings. The brooch has an oval design with prong, channel and bezel settings, and is convertible into two mirrored halves via a hinged clasp. Set with 40 round brilliant cut diamonds of modern and traditional cuts (0.015–0.04 ct each) and 8 baguette diamonds (total diamond weight 1.66 ct, VS clarity, G color). Adorned with six 2x2 mm synthetic blue sapphires in channels and four additional round synthetic sapphires in prong settings, decreasing in size from 4 mm to 2.8 mm.
