An antique 14k gold and silver pendant-brooch featuring 12 cushion and old-mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.45 ct, along with 2 gray baroque pearls measuring approximately 8.5 mm and 7.5 mm. The brooch is inset with 3 small rose-cut diamonds and additional small rose-cut diamonds throughout. The pearls are light gray with slight taupe and green overtones, showing heavy wear to the nacre on the bottom pearl, with medium to low luster.
