The second pendant is a cluster design featuring a central round brilliant cut diamond approx. 0.30 ct, surrounded by six round single cut diamonds and 10 tapered diamond baguettes. Unstamped, tested 14k yellow gold, measures 0.875 x 0.5 in., weight: 3.3 g. The pendant/brooch features a central pearl approx. 5.5 mm in an ornate scrolling acanthus leaf openwork frame.
