Jewelry set comprising a star ruby and diamond ring and a pair of ruby and diamond earrings in 14k white gold, stamped 585. All rubies were RI tested as corundum and assessed as rubies but remain uncertified; the ring ruby has red hue, medium tone, moderately strong saturation, noticeable asterism with a clear six-rayed star across the surface, and typical iridescent rutile silk inclusions, while the earring rubies have red hue, medium tone, strong saturation, typical fingerprint inclusions visible under 10x magnification, good polish, and are well matched in colour and shape as a pair. The diamonds are approximately G-H colour and VS-SI clarity with occasional I1 clarity and were graded mounted. Ring size 5¼; earrings measure 2.0 x 1.6 cm and have posts with clip backs; combined gross weight 16.10 g.Condition
