Circa 1960 18k gold convertible brooch and pendant set with a large oval orange citrine measuring 4.2 cm in length, in a claw mount accented by a single cabochon emerald, within a quatrefoil fleur-de-lys border set with cabochon emeralds and leaf intervals, brooch/pendant length 7 cm, gross weight 57.20 g; engraved Cartier and numbered P248, with no hallmarks, the markings considered spurious, and spot tested as approximately 18k gold.Condition
