18k gold brooch by Elizabeth Gage featuring a pivoting silver coin, 6 round diamonds (total weight: 0.60 ct), 3 Biwa pearls, one semi-baroque pearl (approx. 13.6 mm), and patterned green enamel. The diamonds are G-H-I color and VS clarity. The Biwa pearls are white, clean, and exhibit good luster. The semi-baroque pearl is whitish with rose, green, and some yellow orient, featuring typical ripples and ridges with medium luster. The brooch measures 4" in length and 1 15/16" in width.
