Pair of 18k gold 'African Queen' earrings by Elizabeth Gage, featuring 2 oval mabé pearls (approx. 19.0 x 12.6 mm), 6 semi-baroque cultured pearls (approx. 8.2 to 7.6 mm), 2 round diamonds (total weight: 0.25 ct), and 6 small round diamonds. The pearls are slightly silvery white with rose and green overtones, cleanish, with some pronounced bubbles on the semi-baroque pearls, and good luster. The earrings have deep yellow gold with a rosy patina. The earrings measure 1 5/8" in length and 1 3/8" in width. Posts and clip-backs. Signed Gage, EG, with English hallmarks.
