A 1966 Salvador Dali two-sided bas-relief .950 silver medallion with "Dionisius and Unicorn" opposite "Dionisius and Pallas Athena", struck and minted in a limited edition of 500 pieces by the Paris Mint under Dali's supervision. Diameter 1-3/8 in (34 mm). Mounted on a heavy 18k gold chain marked 'DALI 1966 No. 21' and '18k' at the surround, and 'F&R / 18k' at the clasp. Gross weight 139.8 g (other examples of the coin have weighed 37 g, coin cannot be removed from the mount without risking damage). Chain length 15-1/2 in.Condition
