Ruby and diamond ring and butterfly brooch in 18k white gold, the brooch set with cultured pearls, coloured sapphires and diamonds. The natural rubies are stamped 2.54 ct, of pinkish red colour with medium tone and vivid saturation, eye-clean clarity, occasional minute typical inclusions visible under 10x magnification, consistent colour and good polish overall; accompanied by IGI report 23J8478625 dated 12 March 2025 stating vivid pink red colour, Myanmar origin and heat treatment. The cultured pearls measure approximately 15.20 x 10.90 x 8.05 mm to 11.60 x 11.10 x 8.80 mm, are of baroque and button shapes and considered most likely Keshi pearls, with creamy white bodycolour, rose and silver overtones, good lustre, subtle growth lines and visible blemishes on the back of one pearl that do not affect the overall appearance; natural colour and origin remain untested. The coloured sapphires on the brooch are stamped 1.42 ct, of orangy-yellow and pink colours with medium light tone and strong saturation and loupe-clean clarity. The diamonds are stamped 0.24 ct on the ring and 0.10 ct on the brooch, totaling 0.34 ct, G-I color and VS-SI clarity, graded mounted. The pieces are stamped 18K 750 and K18 750; ring size 6¼, brooch measures 3.1 x 2.5 cm and gross weight 19.50 g.Condition
