18k gold pendant necklace featuring a pear-shaped opal cabochon and old brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.20 carats in total. The opal, measuring approximately 16.0 × 11.0 × 4.9 mm, displays a vivid play-of-colour in green, yellow and blue, with some orange flashes.
