Vintage Hays Worthington butterfly brooch in 18k yellow gold and platinum, tested, with a double pin closure, set with approximately 6.00 ct of round brilliant cut natural diamonds of G-H color and VS clarity and approximately 0.18 ct of faceted round medium green emeralds; measures 2 7/8 in and weighs 50.00 g. The diamonds were tested as natural mined diamonds; accompanied by the original Hays Worthington orange leather box with dark blue velvet and satin lining.Condition
