18k yellow gold brooch pendant featuring an approximately 40.5 carat cabochon cut natural white opal with good play of color and no visible crazing. Surrounding the opal are approximately 6.74 carats total weight of round brilliant cut diamonds with VS-2 to SI-2 clarity (minor to noticeable inclusions seen under 10X magnification) and G H-I color (near colorless). Additionally, approximately 3.65 carats total weight of natural marquise cut emeralds are set around the opal, exhibiting vivid green color and some visible inclusions. Stamped 18K.
