An antique Maltese cross pendant crafted from silver and gold, adorned with one old-mine cushion-shaped diamond weighing approximately 0.55 carats, and additional old-mine cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.95 carats. The pendant also features small rose-cut diamonds. The diamonds are graded I-J in color and SI in clarity. The pendant is detachable and includes a reverse pin hook. It is suspended from a long platinum chain necklace with a toggle clasp, and the chain length is 19 3/4 inches. The gold tests between 10 and 14 karats, indicating its antique nature.
