Brooch set with a carved Corallium Rubrum coral in the shape of a flower, accented by brilliant-cut diamonds estimated at 1.35 ct total, G–H colour and SI1/SI2 clarity, assessed in mount. Coral displays a medium red hue with minor porosity and traces of glue visible under 10× magnification. Unhallmarked metal tested as 17k gold. Pin fitting secure.
