17k gold butterfly pendant necklace by Pasquale Bruni set with circular-cut vari-coloured gemstones including black spinel, sapphire and iolite, and brilliant-cut diamonds of approximately 0.35 carats total. Spinel displays black hues, iolite shows purplish blue hues and sapphires display light to medium blue hues. Minor nicks and abrasions to facet edges visible under 10x magnification.
