Victorian diamond and ruby crescent brooch mounted with nineteen graduated round old-cut diamonds and bright rubies on a slim crescent of yellow metal, half scallop-set and half grain-set, with a C-clasp and straight pin to the reverse plus an extra screw fitting in rose metal, length 6.2 cm, gross weight 5.90 g, supplied with a fitted box; diamonds are VS quality and well matched, the large rubies are clean and bright with fluorescence and not tested for treatment, central diamond measures 4.7 x 3.48 mm, estimated diamond weight 1.50 ct, front setting tested as high carat gold and back tested as 14k/15k gold.Condition
