Convertible brooch with a central cluster of round cultured pearls measuring 5.0 - 5.8 mm interspersed with full-cut round and single-cut diamonds set in 14k white gold, completed with a single locking pin stem and testing 14KT, within a removable naturalistic 18k yellow gold frame with vine tendrils and further full-cut round diamonds set in 14k white gold, with hook and figure eight safety, stamped 18 and with a maker's mark; the white gold tests 14KT and the yellow gold tests 18KT, with diamonds totaling approximately 0.65 ct, G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity; the pearls display white bodycolor with cream and gray overtones, very good luster, lightly spotted surfaces and acceptable nacre, measuring 1.75 x 1.75 in and weighing 31.88 g.Condition
