A Victorian gold, enamel, pearl and diamond brooch from the mid-19th century, of circular outline, centered on an untested split pearl within a star motif set with rose-cut diamonds. The domed surround is decorated with deep blue basse-taille enamel and enclosed by a gold frame with rope-twist borders. Diameter 3.4 cm, gross weight approximately 16.50 g.Condition
