A platinum and 18k gold brooch set with an opal cabochon and old brilliant and single-cut diamonds. The unhallmarked white metal is stamped 18ct and PT. The opal measures approximately 18.5 x 14.1 x 5.0 mm in the mount and displays orange, blue, green and pink play-of-colour with some dark colour zoning. The brooch measures 7.1 cm in length and weighs approximately 6.50 g. The diamonds are described as bright and lively.Condition
