The brooch is further adorned with 152 old European and old-mine cut diamonds totaling approximately 15.20 carats, graded G-H-I in color and VS-SI in clarity, with lumpy cuts adding to the antique charm of the piece. The brooch measures Length: 2 3/4" and Width: 1 1/4", and has a gross weight of approximately 23.03 grams.
