Circa 1915 platinum pendant/brooch designed as a bird, set throughout with over 285 rose-cut, old mine, single-cut and pear-shaped diamonds and diamond chips of H-M color and VS-I clarity; the center cushion-shaped rose-cut diamond weighs 2.10 ct, two center pear-shaped diamonds weigh 1.25 ct and 0.75 ct respectively, and old mine and single-cut accent diamonds total 0.90 ct. With removable pin back and partial French assay marks, gross weight 27.40 g; metal purity unstamped and tested with XRF for platinum, France.
