A brooch with a long double strand cultured pearl necklace featuring one oval cabochon ruby and 5 oval star rubies approximately 23.00 cts, 2 oval star sapphires approximately 8.65 cts, one oval diamond approximately 0.85 ct, and 330 round, 20 marquise, 4 pear-shaped, 32 baguette, 12 French-cut, and 8 fancy-shaped diamonds approximately 20.50 cts. Pearls measure approximately 9.4 to 9.0 mm, creamy white with faint rose and green overtones, few blemishes, and medium luster. Rubies are bright medium pinkish-red to medium-deep purplish-red with strong to medium stars, some with surface-reaching inclusions. Sapphires are medium dark blue with medium stars, one with a small cavity. Diamonds are H-I, few J color, VS-SI clarity. Gross weight 55.99 g.
