Platinum jabot brooch by Cartier, France, circa 1920, set with one oval sugar loaf cabochon ruby approximately 2.25 carats, one oval and two rectangular sugar loaf cabochon rubies, 12 old European and 11 single-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.00 carat, and accented with black onyx. Signed Cartier, Made in France, Bte SGDG, no. 03575, with maker’s mark (partially obscured) and French assay marks. Gross weight approximately 8.4 grams. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1145947 stating the larger ruby was tested in mounting, Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no gemological evidence of heat or clarity enhancement.Condition
