Pair of platinum sapphire and diamond drop earrings dating to circa 1910, comprising drops of oval-shaped double-cabochon slightly violetish blue sapphires weighing 12.40 ct total and measuring 10.9 x 8.25 x 6.4 mm, in surrounds of and suspended from lines of old mine and single-cut diamonds weighing 2.20 ct, measuring 1 1/2 x 9/16 in and gross weight 9.80 g; sapphires are slightly included, diamonds graded G-I color and VS-I clarity, metal purities unstamped and tested with XRF as platinum and 10k gold, with earring wires and backs fabricated in 10k white gold.Condition
