A set of three pendant clip-brooches by René Boivin, crafted in 18k gold, and featuring 36 old-mine, old-mine oval, and old European-cut diamonds totaling approximately 35.00 carats, along with 96 round rubies. The diamonds range in color from G to I, with some in the J-K range, and clarity VS to SI. The rubies are deep purplish raspberry in color, slightly included, and lively. The brooches are each signed "R. Boivin" and bear maker's marks and French assay marks, indicating their authenticity. Each brooch measures 2 x 1 3/4 inches. The set also includes two adjustable suede necklaces, with lengths ranging from 16 to 13 inches, fitted with buckles that carry maker's marks and French assay marks. The collection was formerly part of the estate of Marjorie S. Fisher and Babe Paley, as noted in Sotheby's New York auctions in 1992 and 2016. The gross weight is approximately 128.44 grams.Condition
