Description

Two-piece lot comprising a reverse intaglio bracelet and a citrine fob seal, both dating to the 19th century. The bracelet is set with a rock crystal cabochon carved in reverse intaglio to depict the head of a horse, presumed to be Lord Clifden, with an inscription on the reverse: Lord Clifden won the St Leger 1863. Accented with cushion-shaped emeralds and diamonds. Bracelet length 17.5 cm, clasp tested as 9k gold.
