An 18k bi-colored gold ring featuring an oval cabochon sapphire, surrounded by fifty-eight round brilliant cut diamonds with a combined weight of approximately 0.30 ct, and twelve half-moon calibre cut sapphires. The central sapphire measures approximately 11.0 x 8.3 x 5.9 mm, with a medium blue hue, transparent, and good polish with one bruise. The ring is stamped "18k 11983."
