Exceptional Native American silver and turquoise statement necklace, likely Navajo, featuring a large natural freeform turquoise plaque bezel-set within an ornate silver frame. The frame is adorned with curvilinear scrollwork, stylized floriform fluted elements, and beaded accents. The centerpiece is suspended from a double-stranded necklace composed of conical and bench beads, set with six complementary turquoise stones in matched frames. The strands taper to a single strand and are finished with a traditional hook clasp. The reverse bears a stylized artist’s mark. Center pendant measures approximately 6" in height and 4.25" in width. Necklace length is approximately 21". Total weight is 497 g.Condition
