Native American jewelry set by Victor Cayatineto (Navajo/Diné, 20th c.), comprising a sterling silver naja pendant with bezel-set purple spiny oyster cabochon in a twisted rope surround with geometric stampwork motifs, marked VC and hallmarked sterling to reverse, suspended on a graduated bench bead strand (42 beads) with hook closure, necklace length approx. 19 in, naja approx. 2.75 in high and 2 1/8 in wide; and a pair of matching drop earrings for pierced ears with three graduated bench beads, the largest with stampwork, fish hook ear wires marked 925, earrings approx. 1.5 in long; total weight 102.60 g.
