Designed as a butterfly, old-cut diamonds and colored diamonds of yellow, gray and brown hues, brilliant step-cut pink and blue sapphires, cushion-shaped opal cabochon, yellow gold, circa 1915. GIA, 2024, report no. 2231243393: natural pink sapphire, Burma, no indications of heating, 1 tested at random. GIA, 2024, report no. 6237243392: natural blue sapphire, Cambodia, no indications of heating, 1 tested at random. GIA, 2024, report no. 2235243391: natural opal, play of color, natural color, no indications of color treatment.
